What I Build

Engineering Domains

Work centered on physical systems where sensing, firmware, controls, and system integration have to perform under real conditions.

Embedded Systems

Firmware and hardware integration for microcontroller-driven systems with real constraints, deterministic behavior, and reliable interfaces.

Robotics and Controls

Closed-loop control and autonomous behavior development focused on practical tuning, robustness, and real-world physical performance.

Sensing and Computer Vision

Multimodal sensing pipelines that combine signal capture, processing, and decision logic to make system state observable and actionable.

Medical Technology

Engineering Co-op, Controls & Industrial Automation

Markham, Ontario

  • Built industrial data pipelines ingesting 200+ live machine/sensor tags over OPC UA via Node-RED, persisting them as time-series data in InfluxDB and surfacing them in Grafana for real-time monitoring and observability across 12+ machines on 3 production lines.
  • Developed monitoring and diagnostic dashboards (machine status, fault/alarm logic, energy and throughput KPIs) for root-cause analysis and equipment troubleshooting, cutting manual fault-diagnosis time by ~40% and improving service visibility for engineers.
  • Worked across PLC networking and Ignition SCADA tag architecture (Allen-Bradley ControlLogix, Panoramic Power energy modules), writing Python/Node-RED automation scripts to validate and standardize machine data for downstream diagnostics.

About

Engineering-first systems
from concept to prototype.

I'm a Mechatronics and Biomedical Engineering student at McMaster University interested in building systems where hardware, software, and real-world constraints all matter. My strongest projects sit at the intersection of embedded systems, sensing, controls, robotics, and medical technology.

I enjoy working on problems that require full-system thinking, whether that means integrating firmware with sensors, prototyping medical-device concepts, or designing autonomous robotics behavior under real constraints.

I combine biomedical problem framing with embedded and mechatronics execution. I'm strongest on projects where sensing, hardware, software, and system-level decision-making all need to work together.

Long term, I want to work on advanced physical systems with real impact across robotics, intelligent hardware, medical devices, and next-generation engineering products.
